Momma, I’m Comin’ Home

Well, folks, it looks like the racing world just can’t get enough of Chevy and his new toy, the YETI. Only days after launching the Helluvachevy YouTube channel, Chevy’s first post has racked up over 160K views. Clearly, everyone is on the edge of their seats, waiting to see what happens with this 1970 Chevelle built by CJ Race Cars.

The YETI has been the subject of much speculation and ridicule since it was built. The previous owner had it constructed but never actually raced it. So, it sat around in the garage like a virgin queen, waiting for someone to come along and pluck its cherry. Enter Chevy, ready to take this beast for a spin and show the world what it’s made of.

The public has been eagerly awaiting updates on the YETI, and the response has been overwhelming. Sure, there have been plenty of ‘atta boys,’ but not all the comments have been positive. Some skeptics wonder if this young bracket racer can handle the power of a 3500HP monster.

There’s no doubt the car is a beauty, built to run on rails. Now it’s up to Chevy to do his job and drive it like the fair maiden she is—carefully, but with plenty of gratification. Stay tuned, because this is just the beginning of one helluva ride.
